I am a computational electromagnetics engineer with 3+ years of experience using multiple finite element software packages in both: low and high frequency electromagnetics applications.
I am currently working at the Applied and Computational Electromagnetics laboratory, at the University of Liege in Belgium, on the development of new numerical methods to solve three-dimensional eddy current problems by finite element methods, by exploiting recent advances in domain decomposition and subproblem approaches, combined with efficient preconditioners for iterative linear solvers. In particular, focusing on efficient modeling of complex inductor systems, where the brute force application of the finite element technique currently leads to problems of intractable computational complexity.
